About the event

The invite-only Summit brought together 88 brand, 44 media agency and 19 media leaders to share insight on the latest trends, challenges and opportunities in data-fuelled marketing.

Held at the Skyloft, London, a packed conference programme of cutting-edge content saw decision-makers from provide a window on how key players are investing in data to realise new marketing, creative and product development.

Brief

A high-end look for the digital networking event, based on other sets we had designed for this client before. We needed to be able to set up and dress two areas within the chosen venue 1. Parliament View and 2. Belgravia View, within a 3 hour window.

Solution

For Parliament View we supplied:

  • Stage, set in high gloss kiss laminate covering with vinyl graphics & furniture along with large rear projection set up.
  • Switching facilities and playback via laptops.
  • Multiple UHF Microphones for debates and Q&A sessions all linked with the venues in house PA system.
  •  LED up lighting for stage and ambient effect to all pillars. In venue in clients branded colours.

For Belgravia View we supplied:

  • Stage and aluminium frame system with furniture.
  • 80″ plasma relaying videos & presentations.
  • Multiple UHF Microphones for debates and Q&A sessions all linked with the venues in house PA system.
  • LED up lighting for stage and ambient effect to all pillars. In venue in clients branded colours

 Delivery

Due to tight venue hire periods at the popular Millbank Tower venue we only had 3 hours to install and get the equipment up to the 28th floor and complete the set-up.

Following the event the dismantle was carried out in 2 hours – leaving the venue completed clear, ready for the next event.

This was certainly a test of our planning skills and labour management, but we pulled it off with time to spare!
